A lifetime resident of South Dakota, Illa Reeve RN, MS has
been in nursing education for the past 27 years. Mrs.
Reeve’s practice focus is medical and critical care nursing
and her research focus is nursing education.
Mrs. Reeve currently is an Assistant Professor at
Presentation College and also serves as BSN program
director. She teaches medical/ surgical nursing,
pharmacology, and pathophysiology. Mrs. Reeve believes that
nursing is an art and science that requires mental and
physical stamina, intellectual aptitude, and emotional
maturity in order to assist people at vulnerable times in
their lives.
